All reservations are pre-paid and non-refundable. You must cancel your reservation by email at [email protected] with CANCEL as the subject line by 1pm EST the day of check in to receive a gift certificate good for one year from issuance for the amount paid for the reservation, minus the reservation fee.
No shows will result in forfeiture of the entire amount paid for the reservation. If you have not notified the office via email by 1:00 pm EST on the day of arrival you will be considered a No Show and all funds will be forfeited.

There are no refunds due to early departure, illness, work, ejection or any other reason.

We support government and health agency recommendations and initiatives to slow the spread of COVID-19 and similar highly contagious diseases that may arise, while respecting the feelings of all our guests.
For the safety of our staff and guests, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your reservation if anyone in your party has tested positive for or has potentially been exposed to COVID or other such diseases that may arise.
